My kids do not want to eat just a raw pumpkin and I decided to invent the recipe of a simple cake with a pumpkin.
My sons really liked this pumpkin cake with sour cream. They eat it with great pleasure. So I decided to share this delicious healthy and simple recipe with you
– sour cream;
– raisins or dried fruit;
– coconut flakes.
1. Grate a piece of pumpkin on a fine grater or grind in a food processor.
2. Add 1 tsp. of honey, a handful of raisins or other dried fruit and 2 tbsp. of sour cream.
3. Lay out everything in the form of a cake.
