Simple recipe of the pumpkin cake with sour cream

A raw pumpkin helps to eliminate anemia, to restore sight, to improve immune system, heart function. It strengthens blood vessels, helps to maintain the normal state of eyes and skin, as well as removes harmful substances from the child’s body.

My kids do not want to eat just a raw pumpkin and I decided to invent the recipe of a simple cake with a pumpkin.

My sons really liked this pumpkin cake with sour cream. They eat it with great pleasure. So I decided to share this delicious healthy and simple recipe with you



-a pumpkin;


-a banana;

– sour cream;

– raisins or dried fruit;


– coconut flakes.

1. Grate a piece of pumpkin on a fine grater or grind in a food processor.

2. Add 1 tsp. of honey, a handful of raisins or other dried fruit and 2 tbsp. of sour cream.

3. Lay out everything in the form of a cake.
